It is a flowering plant belonging to the myrtle family. Found in QLD, NSW & VIC. Growing up to 5 meters tall and flowering in December. Musk Lorikeets are found in NSW, VIC, SA and Tasmania. They love to thrive in rapid evolving urban areas, but love dry wooded forests as their main habitat, the reason that they are masterful in trhriving in these urban areas is due to their love for nectar producing plants and trees which are planted throughout Sydney, Tasmania and other areas that they are currently thriving in.
