You maybe wondering about the meaning behind "Day Owl" (my most popular painting to date) well many years ago about 2009 actually I wanted to find more out about seeing Owls in the daylight hours & why on numerous occasions I was seeing them and what do they mean. Well after speaking to an Elder I was informed that the Owl can bring a message to the family that is related to death. This warning was for me at the time of my Nan's passing. But I also took that as a message from within & saw that the "Daylight Owl" meant we were bringing to light something that is hidden from view and the Night Owl is still waiting to be understood, delving deeper The Owl captures messages that remain hidden & far from view.
