This will enable you to align yourself back to that steady rhythm and heart beat of yourself and this stillness from within that your trying to create. Surround yourself in trees and use some leaves to do a cleansing to release any negativity away or use them in a bath where you can begin to rejuvenate yourself. Wiradjuri people hold trees to be very scared to their culture, which brings them a lot of power, shelter and cover from the elements and were also often used for a means to communicate. Sitting within a circle of trees also can be very refreshing after a hards day work.
