How much is Postage?
All items are sent out within 1-2 working days and will be provided tracking to you via email if & wherever tracking is possible, if tracking is absolutely necessary, please indicate this upon placing your order, otherwise please read below.
Australian Orders~*
There is 4 options to choose from within Australia for all items in relation to weight & for however many items you'd like to purchase. For all orders within Australia, postage automatically covers you for $100 and comes with tracking that is sent out to you upon posting within 1-2 business working days.
International Orders~*
We will contact you if further charges are required, alternatively you can contact us before you make your purchase to get a quote if you know what you'd like so we can calculate the postage for you. Some types of postage such as Airmail does not provide you with tracking unless you'd like a Courier service.
Will my items arrive safely?
All items are professionally packaged with love & care using recycling packaging with minimum waste. We use flat packed cardboard envelopes for the Small Prints so there is not damage, Hard Cardboard Tubes for the Large Prints & unframed Artworks and All other framed artworks are packaged with Cardboard & bubble-wrap. Occasionally we run out of the Cardboard Tubes and so we will use Hard Plastic tubes to ship the unframed Art & Prints to you.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Direct Deposit, International Money transfer, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal for all Australian & International orders.
We use stripe gateway to process all Credit Card payments including Amex.
Stripe is a trusted financial service company Art by Mirree uses to accept payments online and in mobile apps, processing billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. You can be rest assured when paying via Credit Card because all purchases are automatically protected from fraud.
Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes we do.
Are my items Insured?
There is no insurance, items are automatically covered for only $100 within Australia. If you wish to purchase further Insurance in Australia or overseas please contact us to get this arranged for you.
We have had no damaged items so far, due to the durability of our packaging.
Do you accept returns?
Only on damaged items if the items were delivered in a prompt manner and not left to sit if on holidays or away. They are required to be returned within 6 working days to ensure the maximum efficiency of your request. Please Note: No cash refunds are given.
What is the procedure for License Agreements?
All agreements will require a initial consultation to establish the best working solution for your Company needs. We strive on working closely to satisfy your companies needs to maximise all opportunities for success in reaching your targeted audience. 1 hour Skype consultation is recommended to discuss your business needs, so we can come to an agreement that best suits you, we will then proceed to send you an offer, once accepted the offer, the contract will then be drawn up for both parties to sign.
