These simple things could be when we were a child, when we would experience the world so innocently and so pure. Experiencing this is like a state of mind we want to get back to or have been trying to reach for sometime now. And why would we want to do this? Well because it was a time for us where there were no restrictions or conditions placed upon us. This is what nature teaches us to remember again, teaching us to harmonise our life, balancing out the pain we experienced when we began to grow into an adult. When we can understand our pain more, we become closer to reaching this state of mind again, simply because the pain is no longer controlling our lives and we become free from its restrictions, I certainly think this is worth striving for, don't you? This painting contains the "Lisbon" variety of Lemon Tree Flower and leaves with Australian Blue-Banded Bee. Picture & Story © by Mirree “My paintings come from a feeling inside that I can see. The "Life Changing" Series allows us to get a glimpse into a cycle of a major life change which is coming to a completion. This enables us to make a clean slate and also enables us for more future prospects to arrive because we've been able to let go of so much. Trees hold high significance in Aboriginal culture which can display special connections that relate to ceremony, initiations of development and so much more...Healing yourself from the past takes courage and so allowing another person in after you've felt like your heart has been broken from the past takes you out of this situation and into a brand new one situation which brings you hope, transformation, healing and light. Crimson Rosella helps us to maintain the personal love for ourself so that we can continue to monitor our developments in this area. Without the love that we give to ourself we cannot give it to another so when we see this in nature the message is powerful because it gives us the validation of these qualities we are not only working on in ourself but in conjunction with a personal relationship that we are in (or currently working on) and also in regards to the ever-changing relationships that surround us in our everyday lives that add more passion to our work or family life. And with the added copper colour contained within the tree an elevated perspective will come that will give you a glimpse into more of what you are yet to find that relates to your purpose. What a wonderful and powerful combination this is, 1st time 7 Crimson Rosellas altogether symbolising the number of the divine, magic and completion.
