Stepping outside of your busy schedule to allow for some much needed "me time". This will enable you to align yourself back to that steady rhythm and heart beat of yourself and this stillness from within that your trying to create. Wiradjuri people hold trees to be very scared to their culture, which brings them a lot of power, shelter and cover from the elements and were also often used for a means to communicate. Sitting within a circle of trees also can be very refreshing after a hards day work.
